The PR Academy MENA named preferred training partner of The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources

·        Signing an MoU with the Authority

·        Validating the academy's knowledge-based journey ofdelivering on the training needs of federal government employees.

·        Working closely with The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources and other federal authorities to design and update public training programmes and specialized/technical courses to meet their needs.

·        Granting qualifications from the Chartered Instituteof Public Relations (CIPR) via the Authority's Elite initiative.

Dubai, 30 September 2022: In a motion that consolidates The PR Academy MENA's influence on the regional communication landscape, Ma’aref, the Federal Government's Preferred Training Partners initiative to identify the best training providers in the UAE according to specific criteria, has added the academy to its roster of qualified trainers.

This announcement was pursuant to a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources signed with The PR Academy MENA; it also validates the academy's knowledge-based journey of delivering on the training needs of federal government employees.

The academy will offer solutions and development programmes in line with the federal government's strategy to develop the scope of cooperation between Ministries,Federal Entities, and the best learning-solutions providers

Reem Masswadeh, Head of Communications at The PR Academy MENA, said: "When we first embarked on our journey to empower communication professionals and encourage those curious to explore its boundless potential, our mission was simple: inspire and qualify. Also, as part of the MoU, the academy will be grantingthe Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) qualifications to national cadres via the Authority's Vocational Certificates for Federal Government Employees initiative, “Elite”. The “Elite” initiative is one of the FederalAuthority for Government Human Resources' strategic initiatives that seeks to develop the skills of federal government employees and develop their specialized and professional capabilities to meet the government's aspirations and directions towards enhancing the UAE leadership position and its global competitiveness.

The PR Academy MENA fully aligns with Elite's mission of empowering federal government employees and providing them with the specialised skills necessary to achieve institutional goals through obtaining professional certificates by the competent authorities and being recognised internationally.
